1. Service Description

NoonSeller is a third-party analytics tool designed for sellers on Noon.com. We provide sales estimates, profit calculations, product research, competitor tracking, and category analytics to help sellers make informed business decisions. NoonSeller operates independently and is not part of Noon.com or its parent company.

2. Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Each person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using NoonSeller, you agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from our platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense NoonSeller data to third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

4. Subscription & Billing

• NoonSeller offers a Free plan (forever free, no credit card required), a Starter plan ($19/month), and a Pro plan ($49/month).
• Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, at your choice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored until the end of their current term.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All analytics, scores, estimates, algorithms, reports, and visual elements generated by NoonSeller are our proprietary intellectual property. You may use these insights for your own business decisions but may not republish or redistribute them.

You retain full ownership of your business data, including your product listings, pricing strategies, and any data you input into the platform.

6. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using NoonSeller, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

NoonSeller is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analytics, estimates, or data provided through our platform.

NoonSeller shall not be held liable for any business decisions made based on data or insights from our platform. Sales estimates, profit calculations, and market analytics are approximations and should not be your sole basis for business decisions.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
• We may terminate accounts engaged in abusive behavior, fraud, or activities that harm other users or our platform.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

NoonSeller is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Noon.com, Noon Payments, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All references to Noon.com are for identification purposes only. "Noon" and "Noon.com" are trademarks of their respective owners.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
